2. Eligibility and Registration

  • To use certain features, including our Membership and AI Agent, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

 

3. Use of AI Tools and Data

  • Information Accuracy: Our AI Agent and valuation tools use market data to provide estimates. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal appraisal.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI, scrape data for commercial use, or use the platform for any fraudulent real estate listings.

4. Membership and Payments

  • Fees: Access to certain "Member Only" areas or the Makins Real Estate Education Institute may require payment. All fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.

  • Cancellations: Membership cancellation policies are outlined in your user dashboard.

 

5. Real Estate Listings

  • If you use SellBuyDIY to list a property, you represent that you have the legal right to sell that property. You are responsible for the accuracy of all photos, descriptions, and disclosures provided.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the SellBuyDIY Avatar, logos, brand colors (#592e90, #b89733), and proprietary AI code, is the property of SellBuyDIY and is protected by copyright laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SellBuyDIY is not liable for any financial losses, failed transactions, or legal disputes arising from your real estate deals. We provide the tools; you provide the execution.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
